4.Exclusion of liability

The User is responsible, in any case, for the availability of adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs.

CODECOL, S.L. is not responsible for any damage caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during the provision of the Web Platform service.

Of the availability of the Service
Access to the Web Platform requires services and supplies from third parties, including transport through telecommunications networks, whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation does not correspond to CODECOL, S.L., which reserves the right to modify or temporarily suspend the services of the Web Platform, or to temporarily or permanently delete the data that it has offered, at any time, without prior notice and without any type of responsibility towards the Users, whether for reasons of a technical, security or maintenance nature.

User Responsibility
